It is our great pleasure to invite you to MENC 2027, taking place in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, on 14–16 April 2027.

For more than two decades, MENC has brought together the neurointerventional community of our region around a distinctive idea: to learn not only from success, but also from challenging cases, complications, experience and open discussion.

From its beginnings and through its journey across Central and Eastern Europe, and not only, MENC has grown far beyond an annual scientific meeting. It has become a community built on professional excellence, friendship, collaboration and the shared ambition to advance minimally invasive neurological therapy.

Today, neurointervention is evolving faster than ever. New devices, new techniques and expanding indications are transforming the treatment of stroke, aneurysms and complex cerebral and spinal vascular diseases. At the same time, MENC remains committed to the principles of cooperation and what has always made it unique: real cases, discussions, exchange of experience, direct dialogue and building bridges between neurointerventional professionals.

For the first time, Chișinău will be the host of MENC, marking an important milestone for neurointerventional medicine in our country.

We warmly invite you to be part of this special edition and to write the next chapter of the MENC story together with us.
